If you haven't booked with us before or lack Peerspace reviews, please include your social media handles and/or website information in your booking request for review.

Please be aware that your set up and clean up MUST be done within your booking period. 

Before you leave, it is your responsibility to make sure that all furniture is placed in its original location.  

Music should be played at a reasonable level to respect other businesses around our studio.

No liquids or foods of any kind are allowed on the sofas or chairs. 

No smoking is allowed inside the studio.

Oily or make-up-applied skin should not lean up against walls as it will stain the lime wash walls resulting in additional cleaning fees.

Our staff will visit the studio 10 minutes before your booking ends to ensure the room is returned to its original condition. Please move furniture and props back to their original positions and place all garbage in the bins.​

Please do not step on the furniture in shoes.

If you need to move furniture, please lift the items and do not drag them. This damages both the floors and furniture legs.

Glitter and smoke bombs/machines are not allowed in the Studio. Biodegradable paper confetti is allowed but must be approved by the Company owner prior to use and must be thoroughly cleaned up to avoid an additional cleaning fees. All other types of confetti are not allowed.

If there are damages to the floor, furniture, props, or any other studio equipment, including extension, during your booking, you will be asked to reimburse the cost of the damages at current MSRP.

Broken furniture leg damage fee is $200, floor damage and deep scratches can range from $100-500 depending on the extent of the damage.

When scheduling your session, please account for setup and tear-down time.

It's recommended to book an extra hour to avoid feeling rushed and to ensure you and/or your client is comfortable. Your studio session ends at the time you selected in your booking, so please ensure everything is back in place before your time ends.

If no one is scheduled after you and there is available time, you can also request additional time on the day of your reservation.

You and your guests are free to park within our private parking lot .

Yes! Once parked, there is a wheelchair ramp that can be used to access the studio.

All areas within the studio are on ground level as well.

Unfortunately, we cannot allow early arrivals or late departures to keep the studio running and to respect others renting the space. The time you book should include your arrival, shoot or event, breakdown, and departure.

Please book or add time before your booking date if you need more time.

Of course! Pets are allowed but must be confirmed prior to booking by a company representative. Aggressive breeds and pets that are not potty trained will not be permitted. Pets that potty inside the studio or destroy anything within will be charged a $200 cleaning fee so please be sure to let the fur babies relieve themselves in our green-spaces outside.

Yes! We have two large, private restrooms with full length mirrors that can also be used as a changing room.

If you're planning to have a cake smash, kindly inform us and we'll show you where to find cleaning supplies. We kindly request that you clean up after yourself and avoid smashing cake near the furniture to prevent any possible mess and cleaning fee.

Only biodegradable paper/tissue confetti is allowed. Please note it is your responsibility to clean ALL confetti prior to leaving to not incur an additional cleaning charge.

Yep! But please bear in mind that our studio is located on the ground level. Your rental includes sheer curtains and blackout curtains to close off your talent from passerby's.

We do have cameras in the common areas and in the studios. Please note they are used only for security, to monitor damages and to ensure there is no illegal activity taking place within the studio.
